Bill Bartholomew is best known throughout New England as a radio host and podcaster— but songwriting has always been at the center of his creative life. In early 2026, Bartholomew returns to his roots with a new body of work that favors intimacy, restraint, and narrative clarity. Drawing on his history as a bandleader in the Brooklyn's indie scene, his current material is spare, lyrical, and grounded — songs built to be felt in the room. This performance offers a first look at a new chapter, ahead of an EP and spring release cycle.Good Judgement is making rock music for spelling bee champions. Based in Boston and Providence, the trio formed after a chance meeting at Club Passim’s campfire festival, and has since been expanding their reach and bringing their high-energy, eclectic, writerly rock and freak-folk music to New England audiences. Cradle Your Head, released on December 19th, is Good Judgement’s debut album, featuring nine quirky songs that sound like a fresh spin on your favorite 90s alt-rock bands (the Breeders, Heavenly, Liz Phair) with hard-hitting lyrics, vibrant vocals, driving guitar and bass lines, and deceptively catchy melodies.
