Be a part of Vancouver's hottest beach themed party. Yes we are dancing in our hot swimsuits and sexy festival gear. The atmosphere is electric. The music will keep you dancing all night long. The people are welcoming and beautiful. Join us for the best beach themed party in town!
Please share this event with your favourite people. We only host a limited number of events per year (4) and we rely on word of mouth more than any other party. Bikinis and Board Shorts has been so successful over the years because of the support of amazing people.
Dress Code:
This is a beach party in a club so come dressed for the beach! Bikinis, Speedos, Board Shorts, Cover Ups, Sarongs, White linens... (anything you would wear to the beach - definitely NOT jeans). Also acceptable is wild rave wear, festival gear and sexy kinky outfits.
Please don't show up in jeans and a hoodie, it's not fair to the rest of our attendees (many of whom will be in swimsuits).
Consent is sexy and consent is mandatory, so always ask permission and be graceful if the answer is not a yes! This is a positive, no pressure environment.
The Music:
You are in for a house music TREAT! This party will feature 3 of Vancouver's best House Music DJ's. The music format is different than most parties with each DJ being a star in their own right - there are no "openers" and "closers". All DJ's play a 40 minute "warm up set" early in the night and a 1 hour "main set" during the peak of the night (11pm-midnight, midnight-1am, 1am-2am).
Body Painters:
Starting at 9pm sharp we have skilled body painters available to paint you or to add some awesome accents to your outfits! Imagine a party where dozens of people (maybe even a hundred) are running around in body paint!
The Photo Booth:
Have your photos professionally shot - for free! No personal photos are permitted (your cameras will be stickered) only professional shots taken by our staff will be allowed. The link to the photo gallery is then sent to ticket holders.
The Sexy Cops:
Sexy Cops roam the party looking for ways to reward positive actions and efforts. Sexy Cops also act as an extra layer of security for you, please see one if you need assistance.
Free Freezies:
To everyone who receives a "Too Sexy Ticket"
Stripper Pole:
A great way to earn a "Too Sexy Ticket".
Djembe Drummers:
The Drummers are back and will be there to "play you into the party" and for burst energy sets with the DJ's.
The Vibe:
This is really what it all comes down to, the vibe of this party is truly unique. It is warm and welcoming, and the crowd comes from many different groups and backgrounds. The dance floor is always on fire as we always hire the best house music DJs in the city to keep us dancing all night long. Those that love to party - love these parties. Those that only go out a couple times a year - also love these parties! Bring your positive self and become a part of the party!
