Join TCES, TCES PTO, TCFD, TCPD, & Tega Cay Healthy Kids in celebrating National Bike and Roll to School Day. Enjoy Coco with the Popo & Fist Bump a Firefighter on Friday, May 8, 2026! Tune up your bike, scooter or other wheels, and roll to school. Come early for a cup and a word with the Tega Cay Police Department in the Living Memorial Gardens. Students love being greeted by our firefighters in the school entrances.
Enjoy community, promote physical fitness and mental health, practice safe rolling, and help the environment. Parents, use this event to teach your children cycling, rolling, and crosswalk safety.
Live too far? Park and roll from Turner Field, Trailhead Park, or city hall.
If your child does not normally bike or roll home from school, please contact the TCES front office (1-803-548-8282) to give permission. With questions or ideas for the Walk/Bike to School days, contact Liz Duda, Tega Cay Healthy Kids.
