Join the Mayors of Corinth, Denton and Lewisville for a community bike ride along the A-train Rail Trail!👨👩👧👦 This is a family-friendly event, and all ages are welcome.
🕰️ Meet us at Highland Village/Lewisville Lake Station (2998 N Stemmons Fwy) at 8:00 a.m. for a word from the Mayors, followed by a short bike safety demonstration.
The ride officially kicks off at 8:30 a.m!
🚴 The bike route will follow the A-Train Rail Trail from Lewisville to the Downtown Denton Transit Center, which is 12.2 miles one-way.
🚉 Riders can choose to stop at any point and ride back, or take the DCTA A-Train southbound back to the starting point. Download the Transit app to track the A-train, or view the schedule here: https://www.dcta.net/getting-around/rail-bus-services/a-train
🌳 There will be a mid-route break at the Commons at Agora Park in Corinth.
Riders should bring their bike, helmet, and water. Reusable bottles will also be provided. Commons at Agora has bottle-filling stations for water refills.
Parking is available onsite, and no registration is required.
