At the Recyclery we’ve been frying up ideas to tune those gears, and now we’re getting ready for service. Tomorrow, 4 October from 12-3pm (straight after our monthly bike sale), we're hosting the first ever Recyclery Bike Kitchen... which is like a cycle jam, or a bike bash, or a gear garage, but with a cooking metaphor! We'd love you to come along. Drop into the Recyclery with your trusty (maybe a little rusty) cycle, and use our fully-equipped workshop to tune those brakes, fix that flat, or maybe diagnose and fix that persistent ticking sound on your bike that’s been baffling you.
We’ll have two bike mechanics here to help you, including Cohen (pictured). All you need to bring is a bike with an issue, and a willingness to learn and get your hands a little dirty.
And.. if you can’t make it this time, we'll be running Bike Kitchens more regularly on Saturdays and Thursday evenings, so stay tuned for updates 😎🙌🚴♀️👣
