April Meditation Gathering: Aligning with Abundance ✨
A gentle invitation to pause, soften and open to the abundance already present within and around you. A space to slow down, turn inwards and reconnect with the natural flow of possibility, support and growth in your life.
Through guided meditation, visualisation and reflection, we’ll explore the energy of abundance – not as something to chase or strive for, but as a state of alignment. Together, we’ll gently release patterns of scarcity or self-doubt and create space to receive more of what nourishes and supports you.
Join me for this April gathering to rest, reset and realign – a full hour dedicated to your wellbeing and inner landscape. You’ll also take home a small gift to help you stay connected to the feeling of abundance and openness as it continues to unfold in the weeks ahead.
No experience needed and all are warmly welcome 💖

Bring a yoga or exercise mat, cushion and blanket if you want to lie down, or chairs are provided if you’d prefer to sit.
