Learn to make a fabulous chunky 'hand knitted' blanket, knitting with only your hands. You will need to purchase the yarn before the session and will need 4 x300g of the Snug as a Bug BIG yarn. These can be purchased from Wool Warehouse. This makes a perfect lap sized blanket. These make fabulous gifts and can be easily knitted up in a few hours. You will be shown how to cast one and knit and also how to cast off. You may be able to complete your blanket in the session, but you will be able to go home and complete in your own time with the necessary skills to finish it off. These are so much fun to make. The session is 3 hours and the cost will be £20 for the workshop payable in advance.
You will also need to purchase the yarn for the session as noted above.
Refreshments will be on hand and I would suggest a cushion for the chairs and your own mug if you prefer.
