Meet Gemma Gee, the Cramlington Forager, as she leads us on a foraging walk. Learn about the medicinal properties of plants, and how they have been used for centuries as a salve and remedy for common ailments.

Join Michael Atkinson, mindfulness expert, for a taster session to practice mindfulness meditation. Whether you are new to mindfulness meditation or have some prior experience, you will find this session calming.

Join a member of the NWT team for a wonderfully immersive woodland experience. Forest bathing is a Japanese mindfulness practice scientifically proven to reduce stress, involving all of the senses. As part of this session we will also collect leaves, twigs and other natural items to create a 'mindful mandala'. You will be able to take a photo of your creation as a reminder of your forest bathing experience.

Join professional Medicinal Herbalist, Davina Hopkinson, and be taken on a guided walk learning about the benefits of different kinds of plants that have been used for centuries to help heal.
