I, the parent/guardian of the participant, acknowledge that participation in the Big Wiff Blitz League
involves inherent risks of injury. By signing below, I agree to assume all risks and hold harmless the
league organizers, Cle Elum Middle School, volunteers, and staff from any claims, damages, or injuries
that may arise. I also confirm that my child is physically fit to participate in recreational sports activities.
