Big Sky Oktoberfest is a lively celebration of Bavarian culture held annually in Big Sky, Montana. The 2025 event is scheduled for September 26-28, 2025, at the Town Center Plaza in front of the Wilson Hotel. The festivities include traditional German food such as bratwursts, curry wurst, and Bavarian pretzels, authentic German beer, and lively oompah music spun by DJ Swampmoose. Family-friendly activities are available, including games like cornhole, Hammerschlagen, and a Stein Holding competition. A two-mile fun run is also planned for Sunday morning at 10:00 am. Admission is $10 per person for those 16 and older, with free entry for children under 16. A discounted three-day pass is available for $25. Dogs are welcome as long as they are leashed and well-behaved. The event benefits the Big Sky Futbol Club, supporting youth sports in the community.
