Want to come to the MOST AWESOME BEACH EVENT EVER!!!! 4-man beach volleyball / 3-man basketball in costumes duking it out for a cause. Join us on Oct 9th for the BIG Kahuna Beachfest – a kick ass, super fun event with music, sports action and awesome beach volleyball and basketball frolic! Oh, AND, it’s a fundraiser to help our San Diego beaches stay beautiful, clean and well-maintained!
South Mission Beach in San Diego, CA – October 9, 2021
BIG Kahuna Beachfest will feature 4-person volleyball and 3-person basketball tournaments along with a health fair and sponsor booths. Watch teams from pros, corporate, college and meetup groups duke it out in divisions that include:
BEACH VOLLEYBALL DIVISIONS
• Men’s Tiki Masters (50+ and Very Young at Heart)
• Men’s Open (Pro / Advanced – The Studs of the Sport)
• Men’s Intermediate (A-AA Rating / Weekend Warriors with long histories in the game) • Women’s Mo’iwahines (50+ and Vivacious)
• Women’s Open (Pro / Advances – The Studettes of the Sport)
• Women’s Intermediate (A-AA Rating / Weekend Warriors with longevity)
• Coed Open (Pro / Advanced players with also “play” hard)
• Coed Warrior (A-AA Competitive like a beast with a history in the sport)
• Coed Social (We just want to have fun!)
BASKETBALL DIVISIONS
• Co-ed Advanced/Open (You got game with more than 10 years in the sport!)
• Co-ed Intermediate (Competitive with 3-10 years of experience)
