Modern Alien Invasion themed.1970-1990 era
Ack! Ack! Take us to your leader!!! I will be providing old Mantic Games figures, and a 1950's plasticville "small town".
Suggested Forces... (Hero plus 4 Trooper fire team) Modern US Army figures, GI Joe figures, Modern Corporates / Scientists & Protection Detail, Solid Snake, Umbrella Corp, the A-Team, etc.
Your Fire Team may include 1 Special or Heavy Weapon. Rest should be Auto Carmines (M-16 or AK-74) or Auto Rifles (AK-47 or M-14). They are also allocated +1 hits/wound more than their normal Unit card.
Your Hero is allowed a BFG sniper rifle in addition to whatever is modeled. He or she is the pointman afterall! You also get +1 hits/wounds more than the normal Hero card.
Old Glory, Mantic, Modephious, Wargames Foundry, Warlord Games, Empress Games, Eureka USA, etc. miniatures are preferred. Should be historical in appearance.
NO Named characters or GI Joes, thou you may use a Generic Officer for instance. Absolutely NO Contraptions, Vehicles, Artillery, Cavalry, or Monsters please.
Players will get a SINGLE Unit Card for your Faction of your choice, reduced to 4 Models. In addition you get a SINGLE Un-Named Hero from your Faction. You may change that Hero's CC Die type to D12 at no cost. If your Hero is an "Elementalist", it may not take a Firearm, and your Warband may not include a Trade Rifle.
Our usual Starship Troopers / Battlefield: Evolution / Red Traitor rules will be in effect.
