The Big Gay Out is back and GAP are delighted to be returning with the all time favourite... Greyhound Low-Sensory Zone! 🐾Feeling overwhelmed by the fabulous chaos? Wander over to our Greyhound Zone for some much-needed hound hugs and quiet vibes.
We'll have a tent full of chilled pooches waiting to sooth your soul, and the fabulous GAP team on hand to answer any questions you have about greyhounds. We'll have comfy seating and noise cancelling headphones so you can take a break from the crowds.
Greyhounds are the chillest companions, with a knack for making humans feel calm and cared for. Spend a few moments with them, and you’ll see why they make such wonderful pets (and besties!).
Here’s what awaits:
- Snuggly greyhounds ready to steal your heart.
- A cozy lounge environment and bean bags to sink into.
- Noise-canceling gear for a little peace and quiet.
Join us at Coyle Park in Auckland on Sunday, February 15th from 12pm - 7pm. Entry is FREE!
Big Gay Out provides a space for the rainbow communities of Aotearoa and our allies to come together and express and celebrate our authentic selves 🏳️🌈
It's also an annual opportunity to advocate for the progress we need to ensure Aotearoa is a safe and supportive place for our communities.
