Join us for a warm, supportive workshop led by 𝗘𝘀𝘇𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗦𝗮𝗿𝗼́𝗱𝘆, an integrative counsellor and emotional maturation specialist. This space is specially designed for mothers and their children (𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱 𝟬–𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀) to explore the emotional layers of early motherhood.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿: Through attunement exercises, circle dialogue, and somatic co-regulation tools, you will learn to:
