Learning Summary: Participants will use children's books to connect words to feelings. They will use their bodies to express feelings through movement. Teachers will create a puppet story, as a group, that delves into the world of feelings. Finally, teachers will engage in a shared, emotions exploration, and creative expression experience.
Learning Outcomes:
- Learners will use children's books/stories to identify feelings.
- Learners will use movement to explore feelings.
- Learners will use creative expression to explore feelings.
Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three-question quiz or test at the end of each training.
