Join us at Bristol Independent Gaming for a day of Demo games and board games!How does it work?
There are two sessions available, one in the morning 10:00-13:15, and one in the afternoon 14:00-17:15. Entry is £6 a session or £12 for two sessions, or FREE with a BIG September Subscription!
Each session consists of two games.
You can book for the morning and you will be able to try out 2 games, or you can book for the afternoon and try out 2 games!
Or you can book in and play in both sessions and get yourself a fantastic 4 games!
The demo games being run on the day will be listed in the discussion.
One and a half hour demo slots will be available on a first come first served basis, there will be four slots per game.
There are exceptions to this so please check individual games for clarity
10:00-11:30 game one
11:45-13:15 game two
13:15-14:00 Lunch
14:00-15:30 game three
15:45-17:15 game four
We will have a selection of filler board and card games available for you to take part in throughout the day as well as the demo's being run.
The event is being run by the BIG Champions! A team of volunteers who are passionate about the game they have chosen to demo on the day.

In the morning we are running:
1. Bolt Action- Daniel moody
Bolt Action is a historical tabletop wargame, published by Warlord Games, that simulates small-unit, objective-based battles in World War II using 28mm-scale miniatures.
2. Gaslands- Michael Mersey
Gaslands is a set in a post-apocalyptic setting where you take control of a car competing in death races and vehicular combat by shooting, ramming, and skidding.
3. malediction- Jim
Malediction is a tabletop miniatures card game, blending deck-building with tactical skirmish wargaming. Players compete as "Seekers" leading factions to collect relics for "Mastery"

One Page Rules is a easy to learn fast past wargame where you can use any model from any range. With is simple ruleset you have your fantasy armies face off against a sci fi one.

Moonstone is a skirmish game where players take control of a troupe of 4 to 6 fantastical models and try to gain control the moonstones scattered around the map.

Afternoon:
1. Frostgrave- Paul Cook
A skirmish game where each player takes control over a warband each and fight it out to gain the most treasure and glory.
2. Xenos Rampart- Michael Mersey
Xenos Rampant is a minis agnostic platoon sized game built of the Lion Rampant rule set. Each player takes control of a po4 to 6 units.
3. Don't Look Back- Rob Dunbar
A game inspired by 80s horror movies, players must avoid the killer as they complete the task this can range from finding a friend to finding the keys to a car to escape, but remember always never take your eye of the threat.
4. Bricks Kreg- Luke Thorne
BricksKrieg is a accessible World War II wargame that uses building blocks, such as LEGOs, to represent armies and vehicles, The game features simple rules for moving units, rolling dice. Players build their forces, move them in squads or groups, and engage in turn-based combat
5. Set The Starts Ablaze- Jim
A skirmish game where each player takes control of one astronaut armed a flamethrower, each player fight it out to get the escape pod. You only resource you must watch is your oxygen that act as your life and fuel for your flamethrower.
6. Marvel Crisis Protocol- Joe Chorley
Marvel: Crisis Protocol is a tactical tabletop miniatures set that pulls characters from allover the marvel universe. The game emphasizes strategic combat and narrative, with players forming "all-star teams"
7. Star wars Legion- James Whiting
Star wars Legion is an symmetrical two player infantry-based wargame set in the star wars universe. Each player takes control of the ether the Separatist Alliance the Galactic Republic the Galactic Empire or the Rebel Alliance. Each faction has wide variety of heroes and units from allover the movies and shows available to use in your armies.
