We’ll guide you through a handful of basic steps, turns, and hip movements that capture the playful, sensual flavor of bachata — no experience required. Along the way, you’ll also learn about the history and cultural roots of bachata, connecting each step to the music and tradition that shaped it. The pace is slow, supportive, and adaptable to different bodies and comfort levels, making sure everyone can groove at their own rhythm.
