Join us at our BIG BOBS DAY in Worthing: A FREE opportunity to meet new people, visit new places and build confidence all through a range of activities which focus on our MOOD, getting our bodies MOVING and MAKING something creative!

Being Our Best Selves in Sussex supports learning disabled adults, their carers and support workers to meet new people, and build confidence and wellbeing together through creative activities.
