WELCOME BIG BACK BADDIES!
We are EVERY woman's favorite 30-minute FAT LOSS program!
Join us for a transformative 6-week in- person bootcamp designed specifically for maturing women. Our 30-minute sessions are perfect for busy schedules, combining strength training, cardio and flexibility exercises to help you shed those extra pounds and feel your best! Each workout includes active rest periods to ensure you stay energized and motivated throughout the month! Upgrade your life with the perfect blend of fitness and community- sign up now and be part of something bigger! Classes are held twice a week on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 6pm!
WHO IS IT FOR?
This camp is for women who prefer a group setting and do not want the stress of creating their own workouts or sharing gym equipment. Women who are recovering from labor or interested in improving their health! We even have a DJ to make working out FUN!

This camp is for women by women! We are more than just a fitness bootcamp, we are a community! We do Taco Tuesdays, Food Truck Fridays and even brunch together because we understand the power of networking! We believe that health is wealth and want to eat good so we can look good! We are a super fun fitness bootcamp!
