Ja Ja! It's time again for Germany's famous Mardi Gras celebration, Fasching! Join your friends at Bierkeller on Friday, 20 February and Saturday, 21 February, for fun and frivolity.As you may know, Fasching is what Bavarians call The "Fifth Season" between winter and spring. Set around Lent. And dedicated to one thing: Fun.
This year's event is shaping up to be the BIGGEST EVER!
What else to expect:
Friday, February 20 - Weiberfastnacht. Ladies Night. Or Witches Night. Or a combination of both. Ladies enjoy discounted drinks and appetizers. Special Fastenbier release. Doors open at 4 pm and close at 9.
Saturday, February 21 – Fasching Costume Garten Party. Costume contests. Bier (and lots of it). Kids’ activities. Live music. Food specials, including Frikadellen (minced meat patties), Schweinesteaks (marinated and grilled pork steaks), and more.
The event is FREE to attend and is pet- and family-friendly.
Various vendors will be on hand from 12:00-6:30 on Saturday; Music Sodas, non-alcoholic beers, wines, Glühwein, and hot chocolate will also be on hand. New swag. And the Bierhall will be decorated in harlequin colors.
