The Mountain State Wheelers are hosting a bicycle safety event focused on hands on training for changing a flat tire. This is free and open to the public. Bring the FRONT TIRE from your bike to use for practice. Tools, refreshments and tales from the road will be provided. We will be in the conference room of the City National Bank in Kanawha City on Thursday, March 5 at 6:30 pm.
