During this 2-hour workshop, you will learn ready-to-apply know-how to properly maintain and use your bicycle. We will cover the basics of bicycle maintenance and mechanics with a primary focus on brakes and shifting.
This is for ALL EXPERIENCE LEVELS. Whether you have never tinkered with a bike before or if you have done a lot of work on your own, this workshop will provide useful, interesting, and empowering skills and insights to help stay rolling smoothly and safely in our community.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own bikes. If you don't bring a bike, one will be provided by the Co-op. Many bikes have different styles of wheels, brakes, and shift mechanisms, so a larger variety of bikes means a better class for everyone!
The class will be very hands on and will last approximately 2 hours. All ages are welcome. We hope to see you there!
