JINRI Yoga is a holistic and inclusive practice blending the wisdom of Hatha Vinyasa Power Yin and Nidra Yoga. It’s more than just physical exercise; it’s a safe welcoming and non-judgemental space to connect deeply with yourself and explore the harmony between your body mind emotions and nature.
Each session incorporates wisdom teachings empowering you to build inner strength peace and resilience for everyday life. During the class you’ll embrace “meditation in motion” focusing on the present moment and experiencing the union of breath movement and awareness.

Meet Your Instructor
After three decades of practising meditation and 15 years of experience as a breath work and mindset coach Sonia is stepping up as a JINRI Yoga instructor inspired and having studied with renowned teachers like Travis Eliot (Power Holistic Flow Yin) Ruth White (Hatha Iyengar) and Deborah Curtis (Vinyasa Anusara Ashtanga).
Currently pursuing her E-RYT 500 Yoga Alliance accreditation Sonia invites you to join her on a journey of self-discovery empowerment and inner peace—one pose one breath one moment at a time.
Sonia brings a vibrant and diverse perspective to her teachings blending Yogic and Taoist wisdom to help students uncover their inner strength cultivate balance and embrace self-love..
