Bolen Books and Solemere Psychotherapy present: BibliotherapyEach session is guided by Tanya, a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a warm, grounded and approachable style. Through her work in mental health and community-based programming, Tanya brings a thoughtful and inclusive approach to each gathering. Drawing on her background as a librarian, Tanya now offers reading-based groups to help process grief, trauma, and attachment through books and shared discussion.
While each session is centered around a selected book, this is not a traditional book club. Rooted in the principles of group therapy, these sessions focus on genuine connection through guided, reflective conversation. Grief and trauma can feel isolating. In a small, structured group setting, they do not have to be carried alone.
