BHS July 4th 5K TRAINING GROUPS start 5/23**Berkshire Running Center Training for the BHS July 4th 5K starts May 23rd.
Join the team of ambassadors and coaches Alex White and Shiobbean and Kent Lemme for our kick off at BRC 9am on 5/23.
The training consists of weekly 9am Saturday morning runs (after kick off party 5/30-6/27) located at Adams Visitors Center/Berkshire Running Center/Red Lion Inn.
Also, there will be weekly Tuesday morning and Wednesday night track workouts focusing on your 5K performance.
