We’ll gather in community to sing mantra, learn a pranayama sequence crafted for balance and daily renewal, explore yogic philosophy, and engage in reflective practices that help you anchor devotion into everyday life.
Through breath, sound, and contemplation, you’ll learn to regulate your nervous system, cultivate inner steadiness, and build a practice that genuinely sustains you.
This workshop also includes exclusive practice videos and optional readings to support your 30‑day integration journey, helping you carry the experience far beyond our morning together.
Whether you’re brand‑new to Bhakti or longing to deepen your spiritual path, this experience will help you reconnect with your heart, soften your mind, and breathe with intention.

For this practice we will secure a campsite on casper mountain. We will contact you ahead of time to let you know the exact location to meet.
Please bring a chair, blanket, and or cushion to sit on, water bottle, snacks, journal and anything else to ensure your comfort. Dress in layers.
