Course Format:
Each session includes guided discussion, reflection exercises, and take-home insights from the Bhagavad Gita. You’ll also have a chance to connect with others interested in spiritual growth and mindful living.
Attendance & Etiquette:
We encourage you to attend all four sessions to get the full experience. Please arrive a few minutes early, keep your phone silent, and respect the meditative environment.

Open to all, no prior background in yoga, Hinduism, or philosophy required.
Certificate:
Participants who complete all four sessions will receive an e-Certificate of Completion from The Bhakti Center.
