Silver Founders Programme
Following a highly successful pilot in November '24, the Silver Founders programme is now onboarding for the January '25 cohort. This initiative supports individuals aged 50+ who are in business or starting a business.
During our Discovery Morning, we’ll introduce our support programme, which spans five weeks with a commitment of three hours per week, beginning in January '25. (Only 15 places available!)

- Managing Time: Mastering techniques to balance business and personal life.
- Access to Resources: Connecting you with tools, information, and services for your business journey.
- Grant Availability: Finding grants and funding specific to your needs.
- Network Development: Building connections with like-minded entrepreneurs and industry experts.
- Building Confidence: Boosting your entrepreneurial confidence and mindset.
- Health & Wellbeing: Maintaining a healthy work-life balance while growing your business.

The programme is delivered in partnership with professionals from the West Midlands region who bring expertise and insights.
Who Should Apply? The Silver Founders programme is open to residents of Birmingham, Solihull, and the Black Country who are:
- Over the age of 50
- Considering starting a business or wanting to grow an existing business
- Looking for tailored support, guidance, and mentorship to navigate the business landscape
