“POSTIVE LIST” FOR SELLERS
All plants, shrubs, trees, cuttings seeds and bulbs.
Quinta produce (All fruit and vegetables from your quinta.)
Garden and quinta books and magazines.
Garden/quinta/nature dishes, cups, glasses etc. (with images of garden, quinta or nature items)
Garden/quinta pottery, ceramics and tiles.
Garden and quinta ornaments.
Garden and quinta furniture.
Garden tools ( hand tools).
Honey and hive products.
Preserves, cordials and drinks from home grown quinta products.
(Food to be served at the market can only be sold when seller has a “licença de feirante”. Mandatory under portugues law.)
***Sellers please be aware the trolleys we have used in the past to transport plants into the hall do not belong to the market, but are privately owned, and they may not be available for our use on the day.
If you have a wheelbarrow or trolley to help with plants, please bring it along***
Entry fee for sellers €1 per table.
Sellers are also welcome to bring their own tables and shade, to set up outside, if they require more space.
COMPETITION CATEGORIES
We have simplified our COMPETITION categories this year and broken them down into two groups.
The May/Spring event will focus on Floral Arrangements, Pot Plants and Garden Art.
And our Autumn event will focus on Garden Harvest, and include baking, and preserves etc
Competition Categories for 2026
1. Single bloom (any variety).
2. Arrangement of Flowers (mixed or same type).
3. Wildflower arrangement.
4. Pot plants (single plants or arrangements of flowering, foliage, succulent plants and cactus).
5. Garden Inspired Art and Craft (painting & drawing, garden ornaments, pottery, sculpture)
How to Enter:
Entries for the competition are welcome on the day but it's also helpful to us (and saves time on the day) if you pre-register entries by email in advance.

You can enter up to three items per category.
On the day please come to the Registration table first and someone will assist you with your entries.
Doors open at 12h00 for set up. Judging commences at 13h00.
