About this Event

You’ve probably been told your hormones are “normal”, but your cycle, energy, mood, or symptoms say otherwise.

This workshop is about changing that.

Beyond Our Hormones is a monthly workshop series designed to help you understand your body in a deeper, more meaningful way. The things we should've learned but never did!

This first session is all about your cycle: how it works, how to read it, and how to recognize when something is off.

Whether you have irregular periods, PCOS, hormone symptoms, are trying to conceive or you just want to feel more in tune with your body, this space is for you.

This workshop is intentionally limited to 10 spots to keep the space intimate, supportive, and discussion-based.

What you'll walk away with 🌸
  • A clear understanding of the phases of your cycle
  • How to recognize signs of ovulation and what they actually mean
  • What a “healthy” cycle looks like and how to spot when something is off
  • Insight into common patterns (irregular cycles, missing periods, PMS, etc.)
  • Some new connections
  • Understanding what support can look like

Meet your Speaker 💕
