Our mind is not what we think it is. Behind the constant flow of ideas, emotions, and memories, there exists a natural, clear, and luminous awareness: Rigpa, the original and awakened state of mind. This intensive seminar with Tulku Lobsang Rinpoche is a unique opportunity to learn to meditate from the essence, beyond techniques and concepts, and to connect with the direct wisdom that liberates ignorance, the root of human suffering. Through his profound and practical guidance, Rinpoche teaches us how to recognize the mind as it truly is, beyond thought, the ego, and the distractions of the modern world.
The teachings of Rigpa come from the Dzogchen tradition, one of the most sublime jewels of Tibetan Buddhism. Their purpose is not to change the mind, but to reveal its original nature: spacious, lucid, and compassionate.
Tulku Lobsang adapts this ancient wisdom to our Western mindset, offering clear language, experiential meditations, and examples that allow us to integrate the practice into daily life, work, relationships, and moments of silence.
This intensive seminar is an invitation to return to the present, to stop searching outside ourselves, and to discover the inner refuge where the mind rests in its natural state.
No prior experience is required.
