Beyond the Spark: Intermediate MIG Welding
Ready to take your MIG welding skills up a notch?
This intermediate welding class is designed for students who already understand the basics of welding and are familiar with standard shop safety protocols at the Collab Makerspace.
Join us for more hands-on practice, cleaner welds, and greater confidence working independently in the shop. We’ll focus on improving technique, dialing in machine settings, and building stronger, more consistent welds while working on guided fabrication projects.
Each student will have their own welding machine and dedicated workspace to use for the duration of the class. With enrollment capped at just 3 students, you'll receive plenty of welding time, personalized feedback, and hands-on guidance while troubleshooting real-world welding and fabrication challenges in a creative, supportive shop environment.
