BEYOND THE PODIUM: A FORMULA RACING AT UC DAVIS DOCUMENTARY is a UC Davis student-led film and collaboration between Formula Racing at UC Davis (FRUCD) and the Davis Filmmaking Society (DFS). The film follows FRUCD’s journey of competing in the annual Formula SAE Electric competition in Brooklyn, Michigan. The team must try to build their fastest and most innovative car yet, but to do so, they must test their limits, facing new challenges in designing and manufacturing a car unique to FRUCD’s history and legacy.
Premiere event attendees will be able to see the film a day early before it releases online to the public on Sunday, October 19th on FRUCD’s official YouTube channel: . There will be also be a special Q&A with the filmmakers after the film viewing. Don't miss out on this special premiere event!
