Where: YWCA, 32 Cottage Street, Lockport, NY
Service: An elegant, gourmet 3-course sit-in meal only.
Seating: First come, first served for the first 24 guests only. No pre-registration required.
Menu:
1st Course
Be'f & Vegetable Soup (V)
Warm and delicious with tender, plant-based beef, homestyle broth and a country blend of carrots, potatoes and peas
2nd Course
Cashew and Spinach Lasagna (V)
Tender noodles with creamy cashew-ricotta and sauteed spinach, served with marinara sauce
3rd Course
New York Style Cheesecake (V)
Creamy cheesecake with a hint of lemon
