Those were the unscripted moments where the real ideas lived. That’s where you learned, connected, and felt understood.

We’re cutting the hype and returning to what matters: real exchanges between experienced women who are in the trenches, behind the mics, creating something meaningful with every episode.

This retreat is intentionally small, just a group of experienced women podcasters with stories, scars, insights, and questions worth sharing. No hotel ballrooms. No overpriced lunches. Just a comfortable, welcoming space in Indianapolis, designed for real collaboration.

Together, we’ll talk systems, storytelling, burnout, creativity, community, and yes, where AI belongs in all of it. We’ll trade ideas, compare notes, and learn from each other in ways that only happen in smaller rooms.
