We are thrilled to share with you another version of our tribute dinner series: BEYOND THE CORK This series is our way of providing an evening of dining inspired by some of the most celebrated and influential restaurants in the world! These are the places that move us, that give us our inspiration, that have given us the path to be what we have become. All you wonderful people will be invited to experience select dishes from these celebrated eateries re-created by our kitchen team while our in-house sommeliers will be pairing these foods with wine from our wine list.
This April marks 10 years of Bridge Street Social — a decade of shared meals, late night conversations, and the kind of hospitality that grows deeper with time. We’re filled with gratitude for the community that has grown around this little corner of Dewitt, and we’re celebrating the only way we know how — with a table full of flavor, friends, and wine.
Our anniversary edition of ‘Beyond the Cork’ will celebrate:
MOMOFUKU
Momofuku began in 2004 when chef David Chang opened a tiny noodle bar in New York City’s East Village — a scrappy, rebellious space that challenged the fine dining world with bold flavors, unpretentious energy, and a refusal to play by the rules. What started as a ramen shop quickly grew into a culinary movement.
Chang’s approach was simple but radical: take familiar flavors, treat them with obsessive care, and serve them without pretense.
The result was a new kind of dining culture — one that blended Korean, Japanese, American, and global influences with a punk rock spirit.
Over the years, Momofuku expanded into a family of restaurants known for innovation, creativity, and a willingness to break boundaries. Dishes like pork buns, bo ssäm, and playful riffs on comfort food became iconic, inspiring chefs and restaurants around the world.
Today, Momofuku represents more than a restaurant group. It’s a philosophy: bold flavors, fearless cooking, and food that brings people together.
Our upcoming dinner pays tribute to that spirit by channeling its energy: playful, modern, and deliciously unexpected.
Please join us as we celebrate the flavors and flare offered at one of the most respected eateries in the world!
