Weekly enrichment activities for kids in grades 3-5 who are homeschoolers, online academy youth, and Frontier Academy students who aren't in school on Friday afternoons. Beyond the Classroom sessions feature STEM activities, arts and crafts, and a variety of other experiences for kids to connect, explore, and discover in a non-traditional forum. 3/6 - In Beyond the Classroom: Skulls & Pelts, the Poudre Learning Center will lead participants in an exploration of Northern Colorado animal specimens.
3/13 - In Beyond the Classroom: Snowy Pinecone Jars, crafty upcycling will transform a glass jar into a wondrous winter luminary, complete with a snowdrift and a LED candle inside.
3/20 - In Beyond the Classroom: Pokémon Palooza participants will celebrate Pokémon through crafts, activities, and games.
3/27 - In Beyond the Classroom: Stop Motion Animation, kids will learn the ins and outs of stop motion animation with the mundane and the fantastic as our medium!
