This immersive 3-day clinical lab is designed to install a structured, repeatable regulation-first framework that reduces therapist fatigue while improving integration outcomes for clients.

What You Will Experience
Over three days we will work inside a small, contained training environment where participants will:
• Train autonomic regulation using breath, rhythm, and sound
• Practice orientation techniques that retrain the nervous system to perceive present safety
• Rehearse titrated processing once regulation is stabilized
• Learn structured integration practices clients can repeat at home
• Observe measurable state shifts using HeartMath biofeedback
This is not passive learning.
You will experience the protocol in your own nervous system first, and then translate it into clinical application.
