OVERVIEW:
Building a startup is demanding. When was the last time you checked in on your own wellbeing? This interactive session will help you assess your mental health, explore stress-management tools, and experience innovative wellness technologies. Take 90 minutes to recharge, refocus, and strengthen your resilience so you can lead with clarity.

Dr. Michael A. Gamble is the founder of Fire & Love Wellness, a holistic health and wellness practice dedicated to empowering individuals, families, and corporations to achieve optimal well-being. Whether you need support with stress management, better sleep, deep relaxation, or just a rejuvenating pick-me-up in the middle of a long workday, Fire & Love Wellness has got you covered.
PARKING:
Please ensure you are parking in the designated Bounce Parking areas, reference the "Bounce member, tenant and visitor parking" areas listed below. Any parking outside of this area is not under the designation of Bounce and subject to private ticketing/fines. There is ADA accessible parking spots directly in front of the Bounce main entrance, labeled as "Bounce short-term visitor parking" on the supplied map.
WORKSHOPS REQUIRE ADVANCE REGISTRATION AND ARE FREE TO BOUNCE CLIENTS AND $5 FOR NON-CLIENTS
This event is open to all entrepreneurs looking to take their business beyond the startup phase. Bounce clients, including tenants, remote tenants and monthly Generator members, can attend for free, but are still required to register. All other entrepreneurs are asked to pay a $5 fee. Seating is limited. All participants are welcomed to enjoy free coworking at Bounce for the entire day.
