Beyond Sexuality: Cultivating Autonomy & Enhancing Wellness
Led by Healthy Sex Esteem Institute's founder, Shakia Anderson, LCSW-C, Beyond Sexuality is a sex education class designed for teens aged 14-18. With a mission to cultivate autonomy and enhance overall wellness, this course will tackle the stigmas and misconceptions that often surround conversations about sex and sexuality while exploring values and beliefs.
The goal is to provide both teens and their parents with accurate, empowering information, creating an open environment for understanding healthy sexual development. Beyond Sexuality strives to help people gain the skills thate are needed to navigate relationships with self, partners, and community, and manage one's own sexual health.
