‘Beyond Roots’ group coaching course invites mixed-heritage women into a reflective space to explore identity, strengths, and values.
As we grow and change, so do our priorities, challenges, and ways of seeing ourselves. This means the course can be experienced more than once, with each experience offering new insights depending on your current life season or stage.
Returning participants are warmly welcomed and often find the process reveals something different, and deeply relevant, each time.

Cost:
We believe that everyone should have access to opportunities for growth, regardless of financial circumstances. That’s why we’ve introduced a three-tiered pricing system for this course.
Supportive, Sustaining, and Contributing. This approach allows participants to select a tier that best reflects their financial situation, helping to ensure our coaching course remains accessible and inclusive.
- Supportive: For those who need financial assistance to join. Suggested donation £90.
- Sustaining: For those who can pay the standard rate, helping to cover the programme’s costs. Suggested donation £120.
- Contributing: For those who can afford to give more, supporting others who may need additional help. Suggested donation £150.
If you are unable to afford the supportive tier and would like to contribute less or none at all, we also offer a limited number of bursary spaces. With over 10 years of operational leadership experience, she is the founder of Slay Your Dragons and is passionate about increasing the number of women in leadership positions. Sadia partners with women globally to create empowering narratives that increase self-belief, self-confidence and action through coaching, courses and workshops.

Beyond the Mix (BtM) is a safe space for Mixed Heritage women to connect and share.
BtM’s aim is to build a community where mixed women can explore their identity, attend classes and events together while feeling safe and supported.
