About this Event
Beyond Recovery: Breathwork × Sound Bath
Location: Bhadra Recovery, Woodinville, WA
Date/Time: February 27th, 2026, 7pm
Investment: Three-teir: ($40-$100 prior to fees and taxes)
Much of addiction is not about pleasure—it’s about reaching outward.
Reaching for relief. For distraction. For something to change how you feel when being inside yourself feels like too much.
Over time, that grasping becomes automatic. The body learns urgency. The nervous system stays on edge. The ability to pause, sense, and choose gets thinner.
Beyond offers a different entry point.
This experience uses conscious connected breathwork and live sound to help you return to your own internal ground—without substances, without numbing, without bypassing. The work is somatic, regulated, and choice-based, designed to support recovery by strengthening your capacity to stay present with sensation, emotion, and impulse as they arise.
This is not about catharsis or pushing limits.
It’s about learning to stay.
What This Work Supports
Breathwork helps you feel the moment where grasping begins—the tightening, the urgency, the impulse to escape—and gives you a way to stay with that sensation without acting on it.
Sound provides rhythm, containment, and resonance, helping the nervous system settle and reorganize. It supports regulation when language isn’t enough and offers a steady external reference while you rebuild internal trust.
Together, breath and sound can help you:
- Interrupt automatic patterns of craving and avoidance
- Regulate stress and emotional intensity
- Increase tolerance for sensation without reacting
- Rebuild connection to your body as a place you can inhabit safely
What to Expect
- Guided conscious connected breathwork, offered with clear options and autonomy
- A live sound bath that supports grounding, containment, and integration
- Space to notice impulse without judgment and return to breath
- A recovery-aware container that prioritizes safety, consent, and presence
- Evocative music inviting you into your senses
You remain in control of your breath and your experience throughout. Rest, pause, or stillness are always welcome.
