About this Event
The Problem This Session Solves
Leaders aren't exhausted because they don't care. They're exhausted because they care and have no framework for what to do with it.
When hard things happen in the world, the instinct for many leaders is to stay quiet. To decide this isn't their place, that work isn't the right venue, that saying the wrong thing is worse than saying nothing. The problem is that silence doesn't stop the conversation. It just removes you from it. Those conversations are happening in Slack, in the break room, at the tail end of meetings. Without leadership in the room, they fracture. They breed distrust, erode culture, and create noise that compounds quietly until it doesn't.
Wars. AI Whiplash. Social unrest. Economic pressure. Events that hit close to home. The list is not getting shorter, and neither is the pressure to have an answer.
This workshop is not about convincing you to engage. It's about helping you decide in advance, with intention, what is yours to carry and what isn't. The goal isn't consensus. It's clarity.
You will leave with a concrete framework, practical tools, and language for the conversations that matter.
About your facilitator
Megan Pawlak is the founder of Benandanti Consulting, where she works with growth-stage founders and leadership teams on the business problem underneath the people problem; the structural clarity, leadership alignment, and hiring discipline that lets a company hold together when the pressure compounds.
She has spent years inside enough organizations to know where things actually break, and what it takes to lead through them. From that experience, she has built workshops, leadership programs, and trainings on some of the hardest topics leaders face: healthy conflict, navigating difficult conversations, building trust under pressure, and leading through complexity. Her approach is grounded in real-world scenarios, not theory. Participants leave with frameworks they can use the next day.
She believes humans are messy, the world is complicated, and good leaders show up anyway. This session is designed to help you do exactly that.
