🌀 What to Expect: Jealousy is one of the most misunderstood—and most potent—emotional messengers in ethical non-monogamy and k!nk. Too often, we treat jealousy like a problem to be eliminated or a shameful flaw to be hidden. But what if jealousy is actually a sacred signal from your shadow—a call to reclaim the parts of yourself that long to be seen, held, and integrated? In Beyond Jealousy: Shadow Work for ENM & k!nk, we invite you to step courageously into the fire of this emotion, not to be consumed by it, but to be transformed. Through a blend of Jungian shadow work, somatic embodiment, Internal Family Systems-style parts work, and relational tools tailored for ENM and k!nk contexts, this workshop guides you into the heart of jealousy—where clarity, self-love, and empowerment await.

This is not just a class—it's a ritual space of healing, reclamation, and deep insight. You’ll map your jealousy triggers, explore the unmet needs beneath them, and learn how to listen to your jealousy without becoming overwhelmed by it. Through partner practices, body-based exercises, guided visualizations, and integration tools, you’ll build a personalized toolkit to navigate jealousy with presence, compassion, and power. Whether you’re solo, partnered, or part of a polycule, this experience will support you in transmuting jealousy into a portal for deeper connection—with yourself, your lovers, and your desires. Come ready to move, feel, witness, and evolve.

We are having a 2-part evening of indulgence and learning. Come for the workshop and stay for the Jam to practice what you learned and meet other like-minded folks!

This is a trauma-informed, k!nk-aware, non-monogamy-affirming space. All genders, orientations, and relationship styles welcome. You do not need to be currently partnered to attend. This workshop involves potentially activating material around jealousy, trauma, and emotional safety. Please come prepared to take care of yourself. You are always welcome to pass, pause, or step away from any activity. A resource corner and support options will be available.

• Comfortable clothes you can move and sit in for extended periods
• A journal and pen
• Water bottle and snacks
• Optional: personal objects for comfort (crystals, pillows, etc.)

After the main session, join our lntimate Jam session, where you’ll have the chance to ask questions, practice the tools you’ve learned, and receive personalized coaching guidance from Danny and Vanessa Panzella-Velez. This is your opportunity to deepen your learning and apply the skills in a supportive and joyful space.

About Facilitators

Danny and Vanessa are trauma-informed Psychedelic Integration, lntimacy and relationship coaches who specialize in helping couples heal and thrive through sacred connection. With over a decade of experience studying tantra, psychedelic integration, and somatic practices, they bring a unique blend of ancient wisdom and modern science to their teaching.

Vanessa and Danny’s journey from toxic relationship patterns to tantric intimacy has fueled their passion to guide others toward emotional safety and fulfillment. Through lntimacy tool like psychedelic therapies, tantra, somatic, k!nk and pleasure healing Danny and Vanessa offer a compassionate approach rooted in trauma healing and nervous system regulation. Together, they’ve created transformative workshops, coaching programs, and events that inspire couples to embrace vulnerability, passion, and deep connection.
