Beyond Basics - (Level 2) WCS dance class

This block of West Coast Swing classes will be on Wednesdays at 7pm. It is intended for students that have participated in three blocks of Beginner/Basics+ (Level 1 A, B, and C) classes and have completed Improver class (Level 1.5) - see progression chart below.

This class is designed to add to your basics and technique with more WCS (and related) skills. Each class block is different, with a focus on improving the dancing of the group and geared toward the dancers in the class.

Dates: May 8, 15, 22, 29, June 5

Time: 7-8 pm

Location: Knox Presbyterian Hall, 50 Erb. St. W, Waterloo

• $90+HST for the block (5 weeks)

Masks and vaccinations are no longer required for public events. Please do your best to keep yourself and your community safe. This means if you are sick, please do not come to class, and if you have been exposed it is recommended that you wear a mask to protect the safety of our community and fellow dancers. If you are sick prior to an event please contact us for a refund minus Eventbrite's booking fees. If you are sick at an event (sniffling/coughing) you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund.

Class passes and workshops will not be refunded except under extreme circumstances, but can be transferred to the next class block if necessary (must be requested), or to another person of the same role (leader/follower).

You will be asked to sign a Waiver and Media Release (photos and videos taken during the even may be used in promotional materials or posted on social media). If you have questions about the Waiver prior to purchasing your event pass, please contact us. You cannot participate in Remix Swing events without signing the Waiver.

All participants must be 18+ years old.
