Who knew Pilates and Strength Training work better together?
Join us for a unique event where we will have a 30min Mat Pilates session and a 30min Strength Training session. This 1 Hour workout is intended to be fun, challenging and rewarding. This event will either bring you closer to your partner or make you want to strangle them haha! Thankfully we have some pretty badass vendors to save the day*
