This all-encompassing program will be packed full of great methods for becoming the best teacher you can be, from the moment we start to the moment we finish!Come prepared to learn how to sequence a class-even last minute-using my time tested “Yoga Man” model from previous workshops. You will learn how to use this template for almost any class.
We will touch on the sutra of Patanjali in order to learn specific themes to include in your class. In addition, we will learn the basics of mantra, mudra, and breath work to align with your chosen theme. You will be taught mini “conversations” to use during the class which match and emphasize the asana and breath work to your chosen theme.
This workshop will also include a brief introduction to Advaita Vedanta in order to show the student that even though we don’t identify as this body-mind complex, we need it for navigation of this human experience, for the manifestation of Consciousness.
Lastly, you will learn modalities in order to add appropriate asana for somatic release, vagus nerve stimulation, and relief from past trauma.
