I am the biggest Beyonce fan and saw her 5x in her Renaissance tour. I looked at my apple watch after the concerts and realized I burned 1200+ calories having the best time at her concert! As a group fitness instructor, I thought, why not recreate the concert experience while getting a great workout in?

As founder of skincare brand BANISH, and a long time acne sufferer, my mission has always been to make people feel CONFIDENT in their SKIN! I wanted to give a motivational class that combines movement, chanting, sharing and community.
