Beyonce themed cardio and sculpt fitness class! All Proceeds go to charity

I am the biggest Beyonce fan and saw her 5x in her Renaissance tour. I looked at my apple watch after the concerts and realized I burned 1200+ calories having the best time at her concert! As a group fitness instructor, I thought, why not recreate the concert experience while getting a great workout in?

I wanted to bring community to these classes, which is something we desperately need! I would encourage us to be vulnerable and let it all go!

This workout class is beginner friendly, easy to follow and gives options for amplications and modifications.

All proceeds of these classes will be donated to SAVE THE CHILDREN
