As the seasons turn and the days begin to soften, we enter a time of harvest — a moment to gather what has grown, release what is no longer needed, and nourish the self with stillness and reflection.
This special Gong Bath is inspired by the energy of harvest time: a period of gratitude, grounding, and gentle transformation. You are invited to pause, breathe, and receive the healing resonance of gongs and crystal singing bowls, each note helping to:
Relax the body, releasing stored tension and fatigue
Quiet the mind, making space for insight and clarity
Restore the spirit, bringing you back to centre and balance
Bathed in the harmonious frequencies of ancient sound, allow yourself to rest deeply and connect with the quiet abundance already within you.
No experience necessary. Just bring something to lie on, get cosy, and let yourself be held in sound.
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow for your comfort or anything you feel you made need to be comfortable.
