Bring your crew and your best pot of chili to Downtown Laramie and compete in the CASI-sanctioned Betty Kiser Memorial Chili Cook-Off during Laramie Jubilee Days!Hosted in partnership with the Chili Appreciation Society International (CASI) — an organization that has been celebrating chili for more than 50 years — this competition draws chili lovers from across the region.
Not a cook? Come downtown and sample the chili creations, cheer on the competitors, and enjoy one of Jubilee Days’ most flavorful traditions. This event is free and open to the public.

👨🍳 Cooks Meeting – 8:00 AM
🌶️ Public Chili Sampling Begins – 12:00 PM
